They are very helpfull and knowledgable about Mass car and home insurance.
Insurance agent seemed helpful and friendly at first and promised to get back to me the next morning with a quote for home and auto. When I didn't hear back several days later, I sent an email asking for an update. Agent wasn't able to quote for home insurance and auto insurance wasn't any cheaper than my current policy. Pretty much dismissed by he agent after that. Went online afterwards and got a great deal on both auto and home insurance myself - with better coverage for cheaper! Don't waste your time here. Typical case of overpromising and under-delivering.
